OBJECTIVE OF THE PROGRAM

Train Yoga Professionals, Body Therapists, Physical Educators and Physiotherapists to apply "Aerial Yoga" techniques, deepening their knowledge, exploring and creating positive changes in the physical, emotional, mental and energetic field, for themselves and their clients (if already instructors) certified Yoga Instructors).

Aerial Yoga by Sarah Clotworthy is not a substitute for traditional Yoga methods.

Asanas or psychophysical exercises are performed with the aid of tissue to better understand traditional postures, improving physical and mental balance, teaching how to let go of fears, releasing the bonds, creating strength and flexibility.

Program for Complete Training, with International Certification, YAI-200:

Each Level lasts for six days and can be done in an interval of six months between Basic and Advanced.

1) The student may choose to take only Level I (Basic) and receive a 56-hour certificate that may add up to hours for registration with Aliança do Yoga do Brasil.

2) The student may choose to take Level I (Basic) and Level II (Advanced) to receive the certificate registered and recognized by Yoga Aliance International, YAI-200.

For this second option, the student must complete all necessary steps.

* Training Level l (Basic) = 56 hours + Level ll (Advanced) = 56 hours, for a total of 112 hours.

* The additional hours must be filled with documented practices and oriented work, added as follows:

* 112 classroom hours at Level l and Level ll (contact with the teacher) + 01 work with at least 5 pages (arial 12), on the Philosophy of Yoga + 01 work of at least 5 pages on your experience in Yoga in the Fabric (arial 12) + 01 class recorded on video and sent by Dropbox.

After receiving the 200-hour Certificate, the student will be able to register with Yoga Aliance International YAI with 200 hours focused on Aerial Yoga.

To enter the International Program, it is necessary to have previous Yoga Instructor Training, duly certified.

The student will receive a Complete and Professional Training that will allow him to make use of the method “Aerial Yoga Fly UK and Aerial Yoga by Sarah Clotworthy.

To obtain the certificate the student must:

1. Exceed the required teaching hours of studies and practices;

2. Attend and participate in all classes of the course and be punctual;

3. Demonstrate ability to learn and concentrate;

4. Effort, drive and motivation.

IMPORTANT WARNING

Training in Yoga is not a prerequisite to participate in the course, however if you do not have training, you will only receive the Certificate of Participation and will not be able to teach classes.

Participants will be able to choose to arrive on Saturday morning directly at the course location and settling in the Pousada at the end of the afternoon, paying only one night. As well as they can choose to arrive on Friday and pay two nights with an even greater discount.
