Chi Kung (Qi Gong) is a discipline of ancestral Traditional Chinese Medicine and as it has evolved through the ages. It results from thousands of years of Chinese experience in using energy (Qi) to promote health and longevity, treat disease, expand the mind, reach different levels of consciousness and develop spirituality.
Chi Kung benefits metabolism and prevents most so-called middle-aged diseases, such as hardening of the arteries and joints. When practiced regularly, it benefits the central nervous system, invigorating the practitioner and leaving him alert to his daily activities.

Workshop on Introduction to the Body Practices of
Traditional Chinese medicine
This introductory course aims to demystify the terms, explain the origins of these practices and their historical development to the present day. The idea is to simplify the understanding of what TCM practices are, how their concepts work, what their benefits are and how to improve on them. Approaching the subject from a physiological and energetic point of view, we will facilitate the application of the principles and processes of cultivating vitality.
