Every year the class of aspirants is received in the beautiful BLUE SPACE located in the Serra dos Pireneus, in Pirenópolis - GO for a 3-day immersion, in order to experience the yogi and ayurvedic way of life. The place is simple and welcoming, with an excellent structure for the purpose for which it is proposed, since since its foundation it has been focused on self-knowledge, yoga, meditation and therapies. The subtle environment of the BLUE SPACE provides a deep connection with nature, with the telluric and cosmic energies, with the spiritual and egregious forces of light, inducing those present to a state of introspection and vital rebalancing.

Dear host! At Espaço Azul, you will be in the midst of an exuberant nature with a rich fauna. Here you can find different species of representatives of the animal world, such as seriemas, coatis, tiús, foxes, porcupines, deer, toucans, macaws, carcarás, among many other typical inhabitants of the cerrado.
We are also home (of course) to various types of snakes, as well as crickets, praying mantis, woodpeckers, fireflies, butterflies, beetles, spiders and other insects, including some so-called venomous ones.
They are all very welcome and have every right to live here with us. We try not to disturb them, much less kill them and we have always had a very harmonious coexistence with all species.
These beings are all harmless if we respect them. !!!
IF YOU HAVE THE LUCK TO SEE SOME ANIMALS, FOLLOW SOME GUIDELINES:
For insects, you will find in your housing a “Kit” contained in a plastic container, with a rigid plastic sheet. You "trap" the insect in the container and then slide the plastic underneath. Then, take the bug and release it into the wild;
When leaving your room, always leave the door closed to prevent any animals or insects from entering (the windows have screens and may stay open)
If you find any pet - both inside and outside - that cannot be removed with the kit, step aside and let the administration of Espaço Azul know;
Especially with regard to the sighting of snakes, just stay away from them and let the administration know that they have their own means for handling them. Do not try to move it by any means (snakes - like most animals - do not attack unless they are disturbed).
Take care to always walk on the trails and pay attention to where you step so as not to disturb any animals and thereby provoke a defense reaction of them;

Comments:
The water of Espaço Azul comes from its crystalline spring, which is totally pure. To drink, it is only necessary to filter the same. All chalets have a filter;
We don't kill animals or insects. If you find an insect inside the house, we ask you to use the “insect kit” (a container with a plastic underneath, to remove the insect and take it away from the houses, without killing them).
In case you are very cold, we suggest you to bring one more blanket to sleep and to take to the meditation room (it is not allowed to take the Espaço Azul blankets out of the rooms);
HOW TO GET TO THE BLUE SPACE
FOR THOSE WHO COME FROM BRASILIA (2 possible routes)
ROUTE 1 - Take the Structural which goes to Taguatinga and Ceilandia and then BR 070 which goes to Pirenópolis. You will pass by Águas Lindas de Goiás and the villages of Girassol and Edilândia until you reach Cocalzinho. In Cocalzinho, turn right on the last return and follow the sign indicating Serra dos Pireneus State Park - for 4,350 km - where there will be a fork - on the left - where you will see a sign for the State Park again.
When you arrive in Cocalzinho, take the last street with the sign for the Parque Estadual dos Pireneus and from there you have 2 options:
Option 1 - Go straight and leave the city and take a dirt road. Go to a fork where there is again a sign indicating the State Park and turn left. You will go up the park road and cross it. From its exit portal, it is 1,650 meters to the entrance of Espaço Azul - on your left -, just after a steep slope. From the moment you enter Cocalzinho, until Espaço Azul will cover a total of 16.2 km

Option 2 - After entering the city, also go to the same fork, but instead of turning left on the route that leads to the Park, go straight on BR 70 (which is not paved in this section) - and go 10.8 km, until you reach a fork where there will be a sign for Espaço Azul and Vipassana. Turn left at this fork and go up a slope for about 2.1 km. You will pass in front of the gate of the Center of Vipassana and continue for another 1 km, until a fork. Turn right and go down a steep slope. At the end of it, 800m from the fork, you will see on your left a blue wall, which says Space Blue.

ROUTE 2 - (for those coming from the airport, from the end of Asa Sul and Lago Sul, or from the neighborhoods closest to the south exit). Take the BR 60 that goes to Goiânia. Pass by Alexânia and then turn right at Abadiânia when you see the Pirenópolis sign. Follow the signs for Pirenópolis and walk 25km on the GO-338 road until you reach a fork in the road. Take the direction of Pirenópolis once more and when entering the city, just after the city portal, turn right to take the Marginal, in the direction of the Parque Estadual dos Pireneus / Pedreiras. Follow this road and go up the mountain. When the asphalt finishes, it is 6.3 km and you will see, on your right, a blue wall where there is a sign of the Blue Space.
WARNINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
We ask everyone to be kind enough to:
Do not pick plants, fruits, flowers, or remove seedlings in general, without consulting the administration.
Do not place candles or incense near the wall or any other object; (so as not to dirty it, or cause a fire) and extinguish them when leaving;
Try to leave only the external light on, when leaving;
Do not bathe in the river or sun without clothes;
Do not use shampoos, soaps or other products in rivers;
Do not smoke or ingest any intoxicants in the entire area of the Blue Space, even alcohol;
Do not throw garbage in nature:
When leaving, leave the room keys at the door;
Any doubts should be addressed to the person responsible for the event;
Any practical problem, communicate to those responsible for the organization of the group.
